Ordered food at 7pm, app told me it would be delivered by 7.51, called multiple times to be told it was on its way, finally called for refund at 9pm to be told if I wanted a refund it had to be through the app and then she put the phone down on me, food showed up 9.15 after ordering from elsewhere, reluctant to order anything again

Used to love this place raved about it all the time to family so decided to treat everyone for one for Xmas even , estimated delivery was 9pm , it came 45 mins late , gave benefit of doubt as it was Xmas eve after all but when I rang to get an update I got my call ignored 5 times in a row but soon as I rang from a phone not connected to the order I placed wala someone answered wasn't really nice about it to us then it came cold and clumpy cheese soggy bread , very disappointed as this is not a cheap place to eat in comparison either

One out of three of our meals was wrong. Ordered Santa Slays Knockout Tots (Chicken Breast) (Regular) but got sent the pigs in blankets one instead. One of us was very disappointed! The other two were cheese burgers with seasoned fries. The burgers were nice. One milky bar doughnut was a warm and melted due to the heat from the food it was packed with. ????
